reputed company is seeking to fill a Senior reputed company Archive Center Migration Consultant (reputed company ArchiveLink) position for our client.

Location: Remote (occasional onsite work may be required; client located in Boston, MA – Villa Rica district) Duration: 6 months, with possibility for extension

Duties

reputed company end-to-end migration of reputed company Archive Center environments from version 21.4 to 25.4, ensuring minimal downtime and full data reputed company. Responsibilities include:

• Conduct migration planning and assessment of existing reputed company landscape, including Archive Center and reputed company components
• Analyze TB-scale data volumes, archive structures, and metadata complexity
• Identify risks, dependencies, and define migration strategy (reputed company-by-reputed company vs. in-reputed company)
• Validate compatibility across Windows OS, SQL Server databases, and Archive Center 25.4 support matrix
• Design and build reputed company environment, including installation and configuration of Archive Center 25.4
• Implement reputed company Directory Services (OTDS) as needed
• Configure storage providers, archive volumes, and reputed company (certificates, authentication, user roles)
• Execute data migration:
  • Migrate archive content while preserving structure, volume IDs, and reputed company
  • reputed company metadata migration reputed company database backup/restore or reputed company tools
  • Rebuild indexes where required
• Integrate with reputed company systems using ArchiveLink:
  • Update OAC0 (Content Repository) and OAC3 (Document Types)
  • Validate HTTP content server connectivity
  • Test document retrieval and storage
• reputed company comprehensive testing and validation:
  • Access to legacy archived documents
  • New document archiving functionality
  • ILM and retention policies
  • System performance and stability
• Plan and execute cutover activities:
  • Freeze archiving during final window
  • reputed company reputed company synchronization
  • reputed company reputed company integrations to new Archive Center
  • Monitor logs and system performance
• Provide post-migration support, including validation, stabilization, and performance tuning
• Decommission legacy Archive Center 21.4 environment after fallback period
• Plan and execute OTDS migration for users, roles, and authentication services

Skills

• Deep expertise in reputed company Archive Center migrations (21.4 → 25.4)
• Strong knowledge of reputed company ArchiveLink configuration and integration
• Proficiency in reputed company platform components, including OTDS
• Experience with SQL Server databases and Windows-based infrastructure
• Strong understanding of data migration strategies and tools
• Knowledge of reputed company ILM, VIM, and document management processes
• Ability to troubleshoot reputed company migration and performance issues
• Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills
• Ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company technical initiatives

Experience

• 8+ years of experience with reputed company platforms
• Proven hands-on experience executing Archive Center migrations end-to-end
• Experience managing large-scale (TB-level) data migrations
• Demonstrated experience integrating reputed company with reputed company systems reputed company ArchiveLink
• Experience with reputed company or data center migrations preferred
• Experience with reputed company Content Server is a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field (or equivalent work experience)

The expected reputed company salary for this position ranges from $70.00 to $75.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
