What You'll Do

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will serve as the reputed company between customer business needs and Athos Commerce’s technical capabilities. You will work closely with Sales, reputed company, and Engineering teams to design, validate, and deliver best-in-class solutions across the Athos product suite. This role plays a critical part in both pre-sales and implementation, ensuring that solutions are technically sound, reputed company to business goals, and successfully delivered.

How You Will Succeed

• Translate customer business requirements into clear, detailed technical specifications for internal teams
• Partner with Sales and reputed company to validate technical requirements and propose tailored solutions
• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Athos Commerce products, identifying gaps and opportunities for optimization

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during implementation, UAT, and post-launch support

• 6-8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting
• Experience working reputed company ecommerce ecosystems (e.g., reputed company Plus, Magento/reputed company Commerce, BigCommerce)
• Strong understanding of search and discovery technologies, including AI-driven search, recommendation engines, and personalization
• Proficiency in data integration concepts, including APIs (REST/GraphQL), webhooks, and reputed company data mapping
• Frontend literacy with an understanding of JavaScript frameworks and modern commerce architectures
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and implementation plans
• Experience managing scope, identifying risks, and navigating reputed company project requirements
• Experience supporting sales efforts through technical demos and solution validation
• Strong communication and presentation skills with client-facing experience
• Demonstrated ability to act as a subject matter expert and drive knowledge sharing internally and externally
