About the Position

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound pipeline reputed company across Singapore’s SME market. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers through consistent outbound reputed company.

You will reputed company B2B contact data to connect with decision-makers, introduce the reputed company for Business program, and convert interest into qualified meetings for the Sales team. Success in this role requires a strong “hunter” reputed company, the ability to operate in a high-volume reputed company environment, and a reputed company focus on refining messaging to improve conversion rates.

You will work closely with Sales leadership and support multiple Sales Managers, playing a critical role in driving pipeline for a fast-growing program reputed company BCG.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (SDR/BDR)
  • Direct experience selling into the Singapore market (required)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding reputed company and meeting booking targets
  • Experience with high-volume outbound activity (calls, email, reputed company)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)
  • Ability to qualify prospects based on business needs and program fit
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and pipeline management
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, performance-focused environment
  • Experience selling into SMEs / SMB reputed company preferred

Experience

We are targeting candidates with a background in outbound sales reputed company B2B environments, ideally with exposure to the Singapore SME market. Experience in SaaS, consulting services, training programs, or government-supported initiatives is beneficial but not required.

Candidates should demonstrate a proactive, persistent approach to reputed company, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. A “restless” reputed company—continuously testing and refining messaging, reputed company hooks, and engagement strategies—is key to success in this role.

Candidates based in Singapore are preferred due to the role’s focus on Singapore-based clients. Candidates reputed company Singapore may be considered if they have recent, direct experience supporting Singapore-based customers

Compensation and Perks

  • reputed company salary: SGD $3,500 – $5,200 per month, Remote work
  • Variable compensation: approximately SGD $750 per appointment-to-deal conversion
