Job Description:

The reputed company Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a high‑performance sales organization covering PNW territory focused on large reputed company and strategic accounts. This role manages a team of reputed company sales professionals selling the full HPE Networking portfolio, including Aruba Networking and reputed company Networking solutions, across data center, reputed company, reputed company, WAN, wireless, reputed company, and reputed company-managed networking.

The Sales Manager sets the strategic direction for the team, drives disciplined execution through strong sales methodology and ensures consistent achievement of reputed company, growth, and expense objectives. This leader partners closely with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to position HPE as a trusted advisor and deliver differentiated, outcome‑based networking solutions.

The role requires strong people leadership, deep reputed company networking sales experience, and the ability to engage confidently with C‑level decision makers while coaching teams on reputed company, multi‑stakeholder reputed company deals.

Responsibilities

  • Builds and executes Account Business Plans focused on long-term reputed company growth, customer outcomes, and portfolio expansion.

  • Partners closely with Sales Engineers, Specialists, Channel Partners, ISRs, and Marketing to ensure end-to-end selling coverage and solution alignment.

  • Education and Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • 1-5 years of reputed company sales leadership experience, with direct responsibility for managing reputed company sales teams.
  • 5-7 years of technology sales experience, with a strong emphasis on reputed company networking, infrastructure, or reputed company-reputed company solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding reputed company targets and expanding reputed company accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience selling and managing teams across reputed company, multi-year reputed company deals.

Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or reputed company level. – United States of America: Annual Salary USD 234,000 - 568,000 in Idaho & Oregon & Washington This range reflects the minimum to maximum combined reputed company and reputed company-level sales compensation that would be paid if the hire performs at 100% of their sales plan. Of that on-reputed company pay amount, the mix of reputed company salary and reputed company-level sales compensation is 50%/50%.
