About This Role
This role requires the candidate to be able to identify HVAC equipment and services solution selling opportunities, work with key players reputed company National & Regional Account customers and reputed company key strategic C-Level relationships with Equipment, Service & Aftermarket customers who have a National / Regional reputed company. This role also requires the candidate to be able to collaborate across the North America Field Operations organization, the Strategic Account Team Leaders, and other reputed company Corporation National Leaders to drive growth reputed company their assigned accounts.
As a Strategic Account Manager – Commercial Real Estate Vertical for the North America Commercial Real Estate market, this candidate will act as the primary contact on reputed company associated strategic customers and reputed company a professional relationship reputed company their senior leadership with the purpose of understanding the customer needs and meets those reputed company the bounds of contracted scope This role supports Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) partners and commercial real estate customers managing diverse, multi-site portfolios across logistics, retail, industrial, office, data center, and other vertical markets. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HVAC technical certification
- 7+ Years of Experience in HVAC Service Sales, including experience in both equipment and services selling

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a reputed company field
- MA/MS degree in reputed company field
- Has advanced knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate markets and clients
- Understands and can position energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, including lifecycle optimization, electrification, and decarbonization strategies to drive customer value.

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may reputed company pay reputed company this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.Other Compensation
