This is a Project Manager focused on online learning, instructional design, and cross-functional delivery (non-IT).

This role is not: software development, platform/infra delivery, or enterprise IT implementation. Candidates focused on SDLC, dev backlogs, or network/cloud projects will not be a fit.

This position is not open to applicants residing in or otherwise based in California, reputed company, Illinois or Massachusetts. Additionally, applicants must be located in the Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones.

Engagement Details

As a contract Project Manager, you will reputed company cross-functional teams from reputed company to delivery. You will maintain a clear scope, schedule, and responsibilities, ensuring work stays reputed company with goals. You will improve project processes, coordinate with stakeholders at reputed company levels, and support data-driven decisions. Familiarity with instructional design, eLearning technology, and product development will help you collaborate effectively and succeed in the role.

This is a remote, part-time, hourly, 1099 reputed company role.

Contractors can expect to contribute approximately 25 or more hours per week. This includes participation in essential coordination meetings held during standard business hours. Contractors have autonomy in managing their work schedule, provided that deadlines, quality standards, and agreed-upon deliverables are met.

Scope of Work

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Instructional Technology, or a reputed company discipline. 
  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally reputed company a matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company teams through influence, building reputed company without direct authority.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing project processes and governance structures.
