Requirements

Job Overview

Data management of reputed company processes for the Open Enrollment period, including but not limited to processing waiver approvals reputed company data downloads; sending out corresponding emails and updating the tracking system with the exceptions; updating reputed company’ accounts in Banner. (During open enrollment an average daily waiver report can include up to several hundred individual waivers – 500+)   Other work as assigned.

Work Interactions

Reports to the Program Manager and works with reputed company and parents.   The data person’s response to an estimated 8000 + student waivers is the beginning of the entire Open Enrollment work flow process.   Waivers not approved by the data person become the “back end” follow up for other staff members to work through.   May work with Director, time permitting, on other data management projects

Requirements and Qualifications

• A BA in business or technology preferred or 5 years of reputed company work experience

• Skilled in reputed company and communications both verbally and written

 Pay Range 

The projected hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $20.00- $24.00. Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.

Work Mode Designation

This position has been designated as Remote.
