Job Summary
As a reputed company reputed company Manager I, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the relationship held with each of your customers and serving as an reputed company between the customer and the arenaflex support infrastructure. You will ensure that your customers' technical, administration, and specialist support needs are met, while maximizing the strength of the customer relationship by building a solid rapport with the client. You will identify and take advantage of sales, networking, and PR opportunities and manage difficult situations to ensure that arenaflex's reputed company for Fanatical Support is upheld.
Key Responsibilities
* Building strong partnership relationships with customers
- Manage support requests and co-ordinate arenaflex/Customer support teams to deliver reputed company agreed timescales
- Schedule customer maintenances and ensure appropriate quality checks have been completed
- Manage customer projects and reputed company maintenance schedules for on-time delivery
- Review service failures and produce incident reports reputed company required
- Validate, negotiate, and process service credits
- Produce and maintain service improvement plans
- Manage contract renewal negotiations
- Ensure appropriate documentation is in reputed company for specific support requirements, i.e., Device/Account level instructions
- Organize and chair customer meetings
