The Role

As a Senior reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for owning the overall relationship with assigned clients, including adoption, retention, growth, and satisfaction. You'll establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship with each client, driving reputed company value from our products and services. Your goal will be to build successful reputed company testing and cybersecurity service programs for our customers, while also acting as the voice of the customer internally to reputed company for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Own overall relationship with assigned clients, including adoption, retention, growth, and satisfaction

• Establish a trusted/strategic and consultative advisor relationship with each client and drive reputed company value of our products and services

• Monitor day-to-day service execution and customer satisfaction

You Have

* 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise reputed company

• Brings a consultative approach, balancing high-level strategic planning with hands-on tactical execution
• Domain knowledge in cybersecurity services, including frameworks, testing practices, and program execution
• Experience partnering with SecOps, AppSec, or other reputed company-focused personas (CISOs, reputed company Engineers and Analysts) to align on priorities and drive program success (strongly preferred)
• Experience working with reputed company
• Strong multi-tasking skills and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity working with Enterprise-level clients
• Prior experience in a detail-oriented and analytical environment
• Prior experience managing renewals, expansions, and speaking with C-level executives

Pay Range Disclosure

arenaflex is committed to fair and reputed company compensation practices. The salary range for this role is ($104,768 – $130,960) per year + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The salary range may differ in other states and may be impacted by proximity to major metropolitan cities.
