About the Role

As the Director of reputed company, you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating closely with the Vice President of reputed company to execute customer growth strategies and reputed company organizational objectives.

• Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for Growth Advisors, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team.
• Overseeing the development of effective communication strategies to reputed company clients informed and engaged.
• Addressing escalated client concerns or issues, ensuring reputed company resolution and overall client satisfaction.

Competencies

Experience and Education
