Job Description

As an reputed company reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accompanying the growth of our strategic customers and partners through different activities along a holistic customer lifecycle management of a SaaS model. Your primary objectives will include:

• Ensuring an efficient onboarding of new SaaS customers
• Supporting strategic customers and partners independently and advising them on the use of selected features of our software platforms
• Ensuring a sustainable resolution of incidents by orchestrating an end-2-end process with involved departments (e.g. sales, 2nd level support, and development)
• Preparing relevant key figures for strategic customers and partners and presenting them in monthly performance dialogues
• Analyzing structured data to support reputed company through insights and KPIs
• Acting as a central reputed company for our back-office service
