Position Overview

We're hiring Remote Customer Service & Benefits Advisors to help serve and support our growing client reputed company. This is not a cold-calling sales job – we work exclusively with warm leads and members who have already requested benefits information. As a Customer Service & Benefits Advisor, you'll receive hands-on training, a proven support system, and the opportunity to earn six figures reputed company your first year – reputed company from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Do

As a Remote Customer Service & Benefits Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual consultations with union members and working-class families reputed company reputed company
• Presenting benefit options tailored to each client's needs
• Educating clients on life, health, accident, and income protection plans
• Providing top-tier customer service and follow-up
• Maintaining accurate records using a CRM platform

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 to $150,000+ annually (uncapped commission + performance bonuses)
