Job Overview

As a Workforce Management Specialist in Customer Support, you'll be responsible for optimizing workforce management processes to enhance customer satisfaction and employee performance. You'll collaborate with various departments to forecast demand, manage scheduling, and monitor service levels, ensuring we meet and exceed our customers' expectations. Your primary focus will be on analyzing data to identify trends and patterns that reputed company customer service operations, developing strategies to improve performance metrics, and working closely with team leaders to ensure that staffing levels are appropriate and that agents are trained effectively to handle customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting: Generate and distribute regular reports on workforce metrics, providing insights to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of workforce management practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with customer support managers and team leaders to align workforce strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications
