Job Summary

As a Seasonal Team Member Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued customers through multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values with every interaction. Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer contacts (calls, chats, emails) in a professional manner, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries

• Research and troubleshoot problems, using available resources to provide resolutions and exceed customer expectations
• Provide customers with product and service information, including promotions, discounts, and special offers
• Identify and escalate reputed company issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
• Follow up with customers, as needed, to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
• Document customer contacts, as required, to maintain accurate records and improve customer service processes

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 6+ months experience in a customer service-reputed company role required
• Experience in an Omni Channel Contact Center environment preferred
• Previous Work at Home experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company effectively with individuals, both internally and externally
• Maintain the customer's perspective as a driving force behind activities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment while remaining detailed and organized

Home Office Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
