Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our users have an exceptional experience on our platform. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for buyers and sellers, resolving issues, answering questions, and providing top-notch support. Key Responsibilities
* Interact with buyers and sellers to ensure a positive experience on our platform
- Resolve customer issues reputed company to payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company issues
- Proactively identify opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in a support role, handling email and/or chat services
- Availability to work overnight shifts from 8pm-5am PST
- Weekend availability required
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations
- Experience with customer-facing systems like reputed company, reputed company, or Intercom
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a customer-first reputed company
- Proactive problem-solving and process-improvement skills
- Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred
- Previous start-up experience is a plus
