[Remote] 401k & 403b Financial Education Coach - (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Advisors is an independent registered investment advisory firm based in reputed company, focused on delivering collaborative financial strategies to clients. The 401k & 403b Financial Education Coach will provide financial education to employees of corporate clients, enhance employee participation in retirement plans, and facilitate investment education through meetings and consultations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group and individual employee financial education meetings in English and Spanish, in-person and virtual
• Serve as primary reputed company of contact and reputed company financial education for plan participants
• Provide reputed company, courteous, and excellent service. Actively interact with clients and their employees to ensure we are delivering upon service expectations
• Cross-sell reputed company lines of business and services available at reputed company
• Prepare for meetings in advance and ensure follow up and execution of deliverables following the meetings
• Consult with reputed company’s internal ERISA teams to ensure proper compliance regarding reputed company client matters
• Respond to employee or concerns. Ensure questions or issues are resolved in an accurate and timely manner

• Working knowledge of the reputed company Office Suite and CRM
• Building and managing client relationships; Retirement plan knowledge
• Self-starter
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, bright, hardworking, enthusiastic, positive attitude
• Ability to travel nationally and conduct client presentations on short notice
• College degree preferred
• Spanish language reputed company is a big plus
