Junior Legal Counsel

reputed company is a market-leading investment research firm providing integrated solutions for top investors and business leaders. The Junior Legal Counsel will provide vital legal support for US operations, focusing on reputed company agreements and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the drafting, negotiation, and review of agreements (client reputed company, vendor reputed company, NDAs)
• Help advise the business on US financial services regulations, securities law, and data privacy
• Assist in translating reputed company legal requirements into plain language for internal stakeholders
• Support the delivery of training to reputed company and HR teams, helping balance risk with business opportunity
• Assist in the reputed company of our legal tech stack
• Play a key role in the day-to-day implementation of AI solutions and CLM tools to help streamline processes and reputed company business self-service

Skills

• Legal Qualification: From an accredited US law school and an active bar admission in Texas or another US state (or ability to obtain Texas bar admission)
