[Remote] Customer Service Representative - June 2026 Start - Inbound Only
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Principle Choice Solutions (PCS) is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join their inbound call center team and support Veterans. This fully remote role involves answering incoming calls, assisting customers with their questions, and providing excellent service while documenting call details in the system.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions
- Provide excellent service with a positive and understanding approach
- Document call details in our systems
- Solve problems and help customers find solutions
- Work with a variety of people and build positive relationships
- And other tasks, as needed
Skills
- U.S. citizenship (work sponsorship not available)
- Two forms of valid ID (one must be a reputed company ID or U.S. passport)
- Ability to obtain and pass a VA government background reputed company
- Great communication skills and a desire to help others
- Ensure end-of-day coverage by remaining on duty until reputed company calls in the queue are resolved. (This may require staying reputed company the scheduled shift for team members assigned to closing shifts and may result in overtime.)
- Attention to detail and reliable flexibility to work solo and on a team
- The incumbent must be reputed company to effectively operate the reputed company computer system, telephone system, and other office machines such as copier and fax machines
- The incumbent must be reputed company to finger, grasp, feel, see, sit, hear, and speak
- 1 year of call center experience
- General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment
