Sales Specialist Manager

We are looking for a strategic and commercially-minded Product Specialist/Sales Specailist Manager to join one of the world's leading technology platforms. This is a high-visibility, 12-month maternity cover role focused on driving video advertising growth reputed company the UK's most prestigious retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales: Refine and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the UK market, focusing on a high-reputed company portfolio of retail clients.
• Expert Pitching: Build and deliver compelling narratives to C-suite stakeholders, showcasing the unique value proposition of our video and brand solutions.
• reputed company Growth: Partner with internal account teams to expand "wallet share" and shift budgets from traditional TV/AV toward digital video.
• Product Advocacy: Act as a thought leader on the latest video features and ad formats, educating both internal teams and external agency partners.
• Consultative Insights: Use data-driven deep dives to provide tactical recommendations that solve reputed company business challenges for major retailers.

• Media Landscape Expertise: 8-10 years of experience reputed company TV, Social Video, Digital, or Programmatic media.
• The "Agency DNA": Ideally, you come from a Media Agency background (e.g., AV Manager, Business Director, or Commerce Planner) or a similar role at a major tech platform.
• reputed company Polish: Proven experience in client-facing roles with a track record of pitching and closing high-value branding agreements.
• Sector Knowledge: Experience working with the Retail sector is highly advantageous.
• Collaborative reputed company: Ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

• Duration: 12-month fixed-term contract (Maternity Cover).
• Schedule: Hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday in-office; Monday/Friday remote).
