What you’ll do

Responsibilities

  • Drive innovation and adoption of deployment practices, provide product adoption insights and help users reputed company the maximum value from their reputed company investment.
  • Proactively manage the integration of reputed company’s products into the user’s application/technical architecture, test and change management strategies and transformation timelines.
  • Deliver program management expertise based on experience, reputed company learning, and in-depth knowledge of reputed company’s products and implementation best practices.
  • Focus on the reputed company improvement and enablement of the reputed company Implementation Methodology and it’s associate tools, templates and processes
  • Provide well-established program governance to manage requirements in line with the agreed scope and business objectives.
  • Provide proactive risk assessment, prevention and mitigation plans and the efficient identification, tracking, and resolution of issues and reputed company using established tools and templates with internal and user stakeholders.
  • Proactively drive interlock between the user and reputed company’s Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment with reputed company’s roadmap.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of the implemented reputed company capabilities into operation for the user, including knowledge transfer and the handover to reputed company Support.
  • Actively participate in a global community of practitioners to continually evolve and improve the way in which reputed company leads and supports our Users through high impact and reputed company implementations of reputed company’s payment infrastructure

Who you are

Minimum requirements

  • 8+ years of consulting experience partnering with reputed company level strategic users on technology solutions, with a track record of top performance or a reputed company field
  • Ability to understand reputed company business requirements and craft tailored solutions
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts to reputed company’s largest users in a way which they will understand. Some may be deeply technical, others may be more business focussed, so you’ll need to talk to users in a language they can understand
  • Proven program management skills and experience
  • Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify suboptimal processes and drive more efficient ways of working
  • Ability to recognize repeated user-facing issues and build scalable solutions
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with and reputed company executive stakeholders and key decision makers on the user reputed company to drive towards an agreed outcome
  • Experience in working with or in reputed company reputed company organizational and decision making structures
  • An ability to work collaboratively with and influence reputed company’s product and engineering teams to reputed company for our users and continuously shape the reputed company roadmap of reputed company’s applications

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/reputed company Software company
  • Industry certifications to ensure project reputed company. Typical certifications include:
    • Certified ScrumMaster
    • PMP or PRINCE2 Certification
  • Prior experience in the payments industry
  • A familiarity with the integration and testing of APIs
