About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, execution-driven Manager of Professional Services to reputed company a team of high-performing Professional Services Consultants. This leader will own the delivery and reputed company of reputed company client engagements, drive operational excellence, and coach consultants to deliver transformative outcomes that maximize customer value, adoption, and satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

Team & People Leadership

• Drive accountability, execution, and a high-performance culture with clear KPIs, project delivery standards, and coaching frameworks.

• Mentor consultants at reputed company levels, from reputed company new hires to developing seasoned experts.

• Create clarity in chaos: Navigate shifting priorities, reputed company client needs, and fast-changing project scopes with poise and urgency.

• Become a product expert to effectively navigate reputed company customer requirements and recommend the best solutions.

• Collaborate with the offshore team to deliver solutions for our in-region consultants.

Client Delivery & Project Execution

Cross-functional Collaboration

What You Bring

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Project Management, with at least 2 years managing high-performing delivery teams.

• Deep understanding of agentic workflows and AI agent prompting, with experience designing or guiding the implementation of intelligent, task-oriented systems.

• Proven track record of delivering reputed company SaaS or technology projects for mid-market to reputed company clients.

• Exceptional prioritization, ownership reputed company, and execution ability.

• Experience managing multiple reputed company projects, clients, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
