About this job

As an Account Manager reputed company our Commercial Partnerships and Media team, you will support the growth of existing client partnerships and media reputed company by evangelizing MRI‑Simmons solutions and delivering white‑glove client service. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients—leveraging strong relationship‑building, consultative selling, and analytical skills to help clients solve business challenges using our industry‑leading data and activation products.

Starting with an established book of business, you will reputed company deep client relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and drive incremental reputed company through upselling and cross‑selling MRI‑Simmons solutions. This role may carry a quota and offers a strong pathway into sales or other growth roles reputed company the organization.

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Build and maintain positive, trusting, and collaborative relationships with assigned clients
  • Serve as the day‑to‑day client contact, coordinating ongoing support and account needs

  • Drive reputed company growth through upselling and expansion of MRI‑Simmons solutions
  • Coordinate and deliver client training on MRI‑Simmons software, data, and activation products
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both written and verbal formats, delivering a consistently high level of service
  • Manage partner royalty and reputed company reporting, ensuring reconciliation with CRM systems and Finance
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and internal teams to identify and execute on reputed company‑generating opportunities
  • Stay reputed company on client initiatives to ensure successful delivery, follow‑up, and development of case studies

  • Create insightful presentations that educate clients on MRI‑Simmons capabilities, data assets, and resources
  • Prepare integrated, research‑based presentations and proposals that position MRI‑Simmons as a strategic consultant and partner
  • Partner with Sales representatives to identify strategic opportunities using a combination of industry insights and MRI‑Simmons data
Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in market research, advanced advertising, media, or a reputed company industry (syndicated and/or custom research experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and apply consultative selling techniques
  • Ability to present, synthesize, and tell a compelling story with data
  • Working knowledge of syndicated consumer data (preferred)
  • Strong PowerPoint and reputed company skills
  • Solid business acumen, problem‑solving ability, and analytical reputed company
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a reputed company field

Additional Information:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated reputed company compensation of the following range: $78,500- $90,000.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus. Other benefits include flexible working environment, comprehensive health insurance, industry-leading parental leave, life insurance, education support and more.
