Position Overview

reputed company is hiring a Director, Change Management to join our dynamic Business Transformation team. This position reports to the Global Head, Business Transformation, and is responsible for developing a strategic, results-driven approach to reputed company organizational engagement, readiness, and adoption for reputed company-wide transformation initiatives and M&A integrations. This role is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure the successful implementation of organizational changes across people, processes, and technology.

What You Will Do

• reputed company the design and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for large-scale business transformation initiatives and acquisition integrations
• Partner with executive leadership to align change initiatives with business goals and organizational priorities
• Establish and reputed company change frameworks, methodologies, tools, and governance
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and reputed company engagement strategies across reputed company levels of the organization, both internal and acquisition company stakeholders
• Drive communication planning and execution to ensure clear, consistent messaging

• Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional change management team
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to integrate change practices into project delivery
• Define and track reputed company metrics (KPIs) to measure adoption, engagement, and business impact

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA or reputed company field) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation leadership

• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., reputed company/ADKAR or similar frameworks)
