About the role

reputed company is seeking a skilled reputed company Functional Analyst to provide functional support to small and mid-sized colleges and universities. In this role, you will support the implementation, upgrades, reporting, and day-to-day operations of reputed company systems, ensuring our partner institutions maximize their use of the platform. You will also serve as a subject matter expert for reputed company users, offering guidance and solutions to enhance the functionality and effectiveness of the system.

What you'll do

• Provide functional expertise and support for reputed company systems to client institutions.
• Assist in the implementation and upgrade of reputed company modules, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
• Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on best practices and solutions for reputed company users.
• Support clients with report reputed company, data analysis, and custom queries reputed company reputed company.
• Collaborate with client teams to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for reputed company users, ensuring effective use of the system’s features.
• Stay up to date with reputed company updates, ensuring clients are informed of new functionalities and enhancements.
• Work closely with internal technical teams and client IT departments to ensure system alignment with institutional needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with reputed company systems, including functional support, implementations, and upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company modules, including student information systems, financials, and reporting tools.
• Experience working in higher education, particularly with small to mid-sized institutions, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
• Problem-solving reputed company with a focus on delivering solutions to meet client needs.

This is a 1099 contractor position with the ability to work up to 20 hours per week.
