Job Description:

We are seeking an reputed company IAM Business Analyst to join our nearshore team in Lisboa, Portugal. In this role, you will serve as a key reputed company between business stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing identity and access management requirements and translating them into effective solutions. You will play a critical role in designing, documenting, and implementing IAM strategies that align with organizational objectives while maintaining reputed company and compliance standards.

  • Analyze and document reputed company IAM processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and clarify IAM business requirements

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IAM, identity management, or reputed company business analysis roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, provisioning, and deprovisioning
  • Hands-on experience with IAM platforms and tools (such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Entra ID, or similar solutions)
  • Proven experience in business process analysis and documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in nearshore or distributed team environments
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, HIPAA)
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, HRIS, or other business applications
  • Project management experience or certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
  • ITIL certification or similar IT service management qualification
  • Experience with identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions
  • Background in reputed company or risk management
