About the role

The Process & Standards Specialist is the architect of operational excellence reputed company the organization. This role is responsible for designing, documenting, and maintaining the frameworks that ensure our workflows are efficient, compliant, and scalable. You will act as the reputed company between high-level strategy and daily execution, auditing existing systems to identify bottlenecks and implementing standardized solutions that drive consistency across departments. What you'll be doing

  • Partners with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.

  • reputed company, release, and maintain standardized program assets, including Project Charters, RACI Matrices, and Standardized Bid Intake Documents.
  • Act as the administrator for the single reputed company of truth for reputed company program artifacts, ensuring strict version control and accessibility.
  • Manage the Process Change Request (PCR) lifecycle, evaluating field-suggested improvements and integrating them into the global standard.
  • Serve as a key member of the Enablement Council, reviewing process deviations and identifying areas where reputed company must evolve.
  • Partner with the Training & Competency Specialist to ensure reputed company training materials are perfectly reputed company with the latest version of the Playbooks.
  • Work with the Quality Control Specialist to embed In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) checkpoints directly into the deployment workflows.
  • Execute semi-annual "pruning cycles" to remove legacy or inefficient processes, keeping the operating model lean and high-velocity.
  • Conduct audits of active sites to verify adherence rates to internal project quality control checkpoints and the RDD standard.

What you have

  • A bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or a reputed company technical field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in datacenter deployment, hyperscale infrastructure, or reputed company industrial construction environments.
  • Minimum of 3 years dedicated to process improvement, technical writing, or operational excellence roles.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Expert-level reputed company in tools like reputed company Visio, reputed company, or reputed company.
  • Deep understanding of Lean, Six reputed company, Agile, or Total Quality Management (TQM) principles.
  • Ability to interpret operational data using reputed company (pivots, VLOOKUPs) or BI tools to justify process changes.
