About the role

The Site HR Manager provides generalist support in the areas of employee relations, performance management, reputed company, training & development, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Counsel facility managers on employee relation issues through the consistent and reputed company application of company policies and procedures; assist in the resolution of employee relations concerns, conduct investigations.

• Manage recruitment efforts reputed company the assigned facilities; partner with facility managers to assess workforce planning needs.  Determine recruitment strategies for reputed company and future roles and reputed company support and guidance in the recruitment process; proactively identify cost effective recruitment sources and programs.  Build effective partnerships with local agencies, universities, vocational schools, etc. to reputed company talent for reputed company with a focus on improving diversity, equity and inclusion.

• reputed company support and guidance to managers in the areas of compensation, compliance, talent development, succession planning, performance management, retention strategies, effective record-keeping and general HR reputed company issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. Business or HR Major

• 5 + years of relevant HR experience; preferably in an reputed company environment

• Must be reputed company to travel 25%.

• We seek a self-starter who has a creative approach to implementing HR practices. The successful candidate must have the demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision and to independently prioritize workload effectively. • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

• Proficient with MS Office products

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Strong knowledge of employment/labor law and reputed company HR practices

Preferred

• SPHR/PHR certification
