Talent Development Summer Intern
Join reputed company as a Talent Development Summer Intern to support global learning programs and employee growth in a leading AI-native reputed company-CXM platform company. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing:
- Support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development initiatives.
- Assist with program and curriculum development for global employee development programs.
- Help promote and support key programs such as emerging leader development, mentoring programs, skills mapping, employee experience, and career development.
- Assist with the facilitation and coordination of virtual and live training sessions, including professional development, inclusive leadership, and reputed company-building workshops.
- Manage logistics, communications, and materials for global learning sessions.
- Support administration of core learning platforms and programs.
- Assist with tracking program participation, feedback, and reputed company metrics.
About You The company is looking for:
- Pursuing a degree in reputed company Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business, Data Science, or a reputed company field.
- Passion for learning, leadership, and employee development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working with data (reputed company/Sheets experience a plus).
- Ability to collaborate in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Interest in People & Culture, HR, or Learning & Development in the tech industry.
Compensation & Benefits
- reputed company salary range: $39,000 - $65,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
- Eligibility for discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan depending on role.
