[Remote] Analyst, Payer Contract Modeling

They are seeking a highly organized Payer Contract / Managed Care Analyst to support payer contracting projects and analytics for various reputed company clients.

Responsibilities

Collect, review, and organize payer reputed company, fee schedules, W-9s, rosters, credentialing data, and reputed company documents Maintain contract repositories and ensure accurate version control Submit contract requests, NDAs, and supporting materials to payers Track payer negotiation workflow and contract statuses in reputed company, reputed company, and internal systems Validate client data sets (claims files, CPT code volumes, RVUs, etc.) and prepare them for modeling Assist in analyzing payer fee schedules, reimbursement trends, and reputed company variances Support creation of payer proposal models and scenario analyses Generate internal reports and contribute to client-facing deliverables Participate in client and payer calls as needed Prepare agendas, summaries, and follow-up actions for meetings Collaborate with Associates/Senior Analysts to support negotiation strategy development Assist with preparing PowerPoint slides for client updates and presentations Ensure reputed company materials are properly stored in secure platforms Maintain documentation standards across client engagements Help streamline internal processes and improve workflow efficiency Skills Bachelor's degree in reputed company Administration, Public Health, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or reputed company field 1–2 years of relevant experience (reputed company, payer/provider operations, analytics, or consulting preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with reputed company (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred) Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and client priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism and discretion handling sensitive information Prior internship or experience with a reputed company provider, payer, reputed company, or RCM/analytics function Exposure to CPT/HCPCS coding, payer fee schedules, or reimbursement concepts Experience with reputed company, SharePoint, or project management tools Benefits Performance bonus eligibility Exceptional reputed company and national client exposure Ability to work with C-suite leaders at high-growth reputed company organizations Clear advancement pathway (Analyst → Senior Analyst → Associate → Principal) Opportunity to contribute to high-impact payer negotiations and large-scale consulting engagements Collaborative, entrepreneurial work environment in a rapidly growing firm Company Overview reputed company is a care consulting and advising company that offers contract management and reputed company cycle consulting services.
