Position Overview

The Customer Experience Manager is a key leadership role reputed company the store, responsible for overseeing the implementation of store standards across reputed company departments. Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Leadership (25%)

  • Drive exceptional customer service and partner engagement throughout the entire store

  • Hold associates accountable for following reputed company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Operational Leadership & Manager On Duty (MOD) Responsibilities (50%)

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Capability to lift, handle, or carry materials and equipment weighing up to 20 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in end-to-end store management reputed company a large-reputed company retail environment
