About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative – Virtual Operations Team reputed company at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in leading reputed company of hourly workforce. Your primary responsibility will be to engage your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our customer expectations to ensure customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location.
Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to reputed company exceptional results
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with reputed company support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to reputed company plans to meet business objectives
- Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reputed company to reputed company tasks
- Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment
