Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our patients and partners through phone, email, and other channels. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from patients and partners, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate and helpful information about arenaflex services, benefits, and programs
• Assist with eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards
• Use high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted)
• Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
• Work from home and be self-sufficient, with occasional commutes to the office in Charleston, WV reputed company necessary
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and partners orally and in written form
• Ability to work from home and be self-sufficient
• Ability to commute to the office in Charleston, WV reputed company unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems
• Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working remotely in a call center setting

• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences

Education

* High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay Range

* The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $25.15
