Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager Customer Service, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer-facing professionals and driving business growth through exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the store leadership team to reputed company strategic plans across multiple business groups, improving process and surpassing standards to drive the business in the store
  • Inspiring, coaching, training, and developing store team members to consistently provide exceptional customer service and drive for results
  • Adapting to challenges, providing support, and guiding communications in a constantly changing retail environment

Essential Qualifications
