• Conduct training sessions for colleagues in areas of expertise
• Serve as a guide to other Customer Service Representatives

• Provide customer service support as needed to restore operational status
• Respond to requests from Maintenance and other airline divisions reputed company technical support is required to assist with tasks or resolve issues
• reputed company activity plans for fleet/multi-fleet and part design projects and pursue completion in accordance with evaluated needs
• Collaborate with other airline divisions, as needed, to facilitate effective and efficient execution of customer service standards

What You'll Need for reputed company

• A bachelor's degree in a design-reputed company field or equivalent design certification
• At least 1 year of design experience in a reputed company field or 2 years of experience without a degree
• A&P license
