Position Overview

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree plus at least 4 years of experience in reputed company communications, employer branding, and/or talent engagement; OR High School diploma/GED plus at least 3 years of reputed company experience in communications, branding, or employee engagement.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years managing reputed company communications, employer branding, or talent engagement initiatives.
• Leadership Experience: At least 4 years of experience leading and managing the work of a team, including leading through influence or Centers of Excellence (COE) models.
• Strategic Project Management: Experience in developing and implementing strategic projects and programs reputed company to business objectives.
