Position Overview: Remote Part-Time Customer Experience Associate

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Customer Experience team in a part-time remote reputed company. This role offers approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust between 15-29 hours based on business needs – particularly during our peak seasonal periods.

Training Requirements: reputed company new team members must complete our comprehensive 4-week virtual training program, scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST. This training period includes orientation, product education, system training, and soft skills development to prepare you for reputed company. Upon completion, you will be required to pass an assessment to demonstrate your knowledge before beginning your part-time shifts.

• Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST
• Wednesday – Saturday (Wednesday-Friday 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM & Saturday 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST)

Compensation & Eligibility

• $14.50/hour: Tennessee, Kansas

Location Requirements: This is a remote position, but unfortunately, we cannot accept international candidates at this time.
