Job Summary

As a Customer Care Professional I, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our members, handling incoming and outbound calls, gathering demographic information, and resolving basic and reputed company issues in reputed company-time. You'll work closely with reputed company to provide empathetic and effective support, leveraging your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to identify immediate caller needs and reputed company calls to the right resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and verify demographic information using standard computer software and systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Utilize tools and apply problem-solving skills to identify immediate caller needs, including potential crisis calls, and reputed company calls to appropriate resources according to standard operating procedures
  • Document reputed company call information according to approved operating procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Employ verbal communication strategies to effectively elicit information, reputed company confidence from callers, and provide reassurance

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent
