Why you'll love this role
* As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll be responsible for maintaining legal and administrative compliance by researching and communicating requirements.
- You'll work closely with the HR Consistency group and Activities, handling tasks such as acquiring fingerprint/individual verification results and processing unique fingerprint release letters.
- You'll also maintain relationships with TSA, Airport Power Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services, as well as faxing and checking US Customs results.
- Your expertise will be essential in processing daily FBI fingerprints into Access databases and investigating any database issues.
- You'll plan and analyze HR Consistency data between different records, working closely with HRIS and EC systems.
- In this role, you'll conduct high-level analyses, create custom reports/dashboards, and standardize reputed company data used for HR Consistency.
- You'll interact with clients and colleagues on a daily basis, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- You'll review completed Unique Fingerprint Applications and reputed company for accuracy, as well as retransmitting fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse.

Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree + 3 years of experience in HR
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with Criminal History Records reputed company (CHRC) + Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database
