Remote Personal Injury Intake Specialist

Currently, we have a Remote Personal Injury Legal Intake Specialist opportunity with a national legal technology company. The Intake Specialist responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for potential clients, building trust within minutes, qualifying cases, and ensuring every eligible client signs quickly and seamlessly.
  • Answering inbound calls with empathy and professionalism.
  • Qualifying cases and confirming eligibility using defined criteria.
  • Guiding clients through the sign-up process and securing retainers.
  • Handing off cases to attorneys and lead paralegals with complete and accurate information.
  • Collaborating with teammates to maintain responsiveness as a key builder of trust with every partner.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing intake or sales roles, ideally within legal services.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

  • Comfort working flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Pay Rate Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
