Hiring: Factorsoft Functional Consultant – Remote Contract We have an immediate need for an experienced Factorsoft Consultant (also known as Cadence / ProfitStars , owned by Jack Henry & Associates). We are looking for a functional IT consultant — not a developer — who can support system configuration, business process optimization, and accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Factorsoft / Cadence / ProfitStars platform
- Support accounting and finance users on available system capabilities
- Gather business requirements and translate into system solutions
- Improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with internal teams/vendor support
- Train users and provide best-practice guidance
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Factorsoft / Cadence / ProfitStars
- Strong functional knowledge (configuration, modules, workflows)
- Experience supporting accounting / finance departments
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Remote consulting experience preferred
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fintech / lending / factoring industry
- Prior work with Jack Henry & Associates products
