About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support over the phone, identifying customer issues, and helping to resolve them
- Assisting customers with questions related to their phones, tablets, and computers
- Registering customer inquiries to keep our systems up-to-date
- Working towards set goals that will help you develop professionally
Your Qualifications
* Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)
- Residency in Denmark (note: you must work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad)
- High level of English proficiency
- Interest in technology and a willingness to take on technical challenges
- Understanding of good customer service and motivation to deliver it
- A quiet workspace with a stable internet connection
