$35 per hour

Requirements:

+ You must have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection. + Basic English writing skills are essential.

Skills/Background:

+ You should possess a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). + The ability to work independently and closely follow provided instructions is crucial. + A minimum availability of 10 hours per week and a reliable internet connection are necessary.

Location:

This is a remote online position, accessible from anywhere in the United States.

Training and Support:

Comprehensive training is provided to ensure your success in this role. No prior experience in paid live chat work is required.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional live chat support to customers through various channels, including social media and website chat functions.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.

Essential Qualifications:
