Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer queries via live chat, email, phone, and social media channels, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
  • Escalating serious complaints or issues that require additional support or attention from colleagues or management.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and managers to find effective solutions to customers' problems and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying common issues and providing feedback to management, suggesting improvements to our products and services.
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments to inform product and service development.
  • Staying up-to-date with new products and services, attending workshops and meetings as required.
  • Providing training and guidance to new customer service agents to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Respecting client confidentiality and adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field may be advantageous.
  • Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • The ability to communicate effectively in a second language may be advantageous.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, when required.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
