Job Summary

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, answering their inquiries, resolving their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner

  • Focusing on customer retention and ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported
  • Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management and reporting on customer feedback and concerns
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as needed
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Bilingual a plus (but not required)
  • Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in the energy industry
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and punctuation
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
  • Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
