Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our E2E Conveyance Operations team. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in analyzing data to inform business decisions, developing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

* Analyze data from various sources, including customer and driver applications, to identify trends and opportunities for growth

• Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators, such as delivery times, customer satisfaction, and driver performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and product development, to drive business outcomes
• Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain data models, including data warehouses and data marts
• Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and data processing workflows
• Develop and maintain data quality and data governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Test Tasks

* Plan and estimate retail tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new initiatives

• Build dashboards and metrics for new customer recommendations, such as Expedited shipment
• Develop driver examination for essential reasons behind a request that was conveyed late
• Analyze differences in execution of stores and markets

You'll Have an Impact by...

* Applying SQL and Perception skills to create reports that show results of your investigations

• Collaborating with colleagues to collect the right data from different sources so you can support investigations of key drivers
• Leading exploratory research, including theory testing and essential statistical testing
• Automating tasks and creating processes that screen, examine, and advise the activities regarding key partners
