Service Delivery Manager – (Motgage Platform)

Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, delivery‑driven Service Delivery Manager to lead service operations for the Unisys UFSS platform within a Tier 1 bank. You’ll own stability, performance, and stakeholder confidence across a mission‑critical core mortgage environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end‑to‑end service delivery for the UFSS platform, ensuring uptime, performance, and SLA compliance.
  • Lead incident, problem, and change management with a focus on rapid recovery and root‑cause elimination.
  • Act as the primary interface for senior banking stakeholders, providing clear reporting and proactive communication.
  • Coordinate across internal teams and vendors to maintain service quality and deliver continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all operations meet strict banking regulatory, audit, and security standards.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in financial services platforms
  • Regular Client Engagement
  • Proven experience as an SDM in banking or fintech.
  • Deep understanding of ITIL processes and service governance.
  • Confident communicator who can influence and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical, structured, and calm under pressure.

Nice to Have

  • ITIL v4 certification.
  • Experience in Tier 1 banking environments.
  • Exposure to major platform upgrades or service transitions
  • Strong background in Unisys UFSS or similar core mortgage systems.
