Looking for bilingual individual who is fluent in Farsi and English. Responsibilities include interacting with customers after a health care based experience, so all telephone interviewers must be extremely polite and professional at all times while following specific scripts for each call. Job/Skill Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Must read and write English and Ilocano well.
- Must type at least 25 wpm.
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
- Must have a clear voice and enunciation.
- Must be self-motivated and maintain a positive attitude.
- Must be honest, responsible and dependable.
