Azure Automation Engineer
About the position Essential Skills: Automation Engineer – PowerShell, .NET and Azure services. Technical:
- Azure PaaS Services – experience with Application Service Environments (ASE), SQL Database, SQL Managed Instance, Azure Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, WebApps, AKS, Container Apps and Container Registry.
- Azure IaaS Services – solid understanding of Azure networking concepts and virtual machine–based services.
- Azure Authentication Methods – ability to implement secure access control in Azure.
- Azure AI Services – hands-on experience with the full Azure AI suite; AI-102 certification preferred along with Azure Solutions Architect certification.
- Emerging Azure Technologies – knowledge of Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Fabric.
- Coding & Automation – coding experience with .NET or Python; creation of automation templates using BICEP and Terraform; familiarity with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Azure Architecture & Design – capability to prepare high-level and low-level architecture design diagrams.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients, project teams and architects to understand the landscape and deliver solutions.
- Apply strong technical background and hands-on experience in Azure services.
- Contribute to defining standards in coding, system design and architecture.
