Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with strong ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) experience to support enterprise procurement transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in configuring, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow procurement modules. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure ServiceNow S2P modules: Procurement, Supplier Management, Contract Management, Accounts Payable
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions (workflows, scripts, integrations)
- Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with ERP/financial systems (SAP/Oracle, etc.)
- Work on Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
- Prepare technical documentation (design, integration, data mapping)
- Provide recommendations on ServiceNow best practices and upgrades
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow S2P / Procurement implementations
- Strong scripting and platform customization skills
- Experience with integration (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
Certifications:
- CSA – Required
- CAD – Preferred
- CIS-S2P – Highly Preferred
- ServiceNow Procurement (SPO) Accreditation – Preferred
