In-Home BCBA

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans
- Manage a small caseload (6–7 clients) located primarily in the West 820 Loop & I-35W corridor
- Complete weekly in-home visits, including parent training and caregiver collaboration
- Provide support and supervision to RBTs, both in-home and remotely
- Use a tablet-based ABA data collection platform for efficient documentation
- Motivate and engage clients through learning, play, and positive reinforcement
- Maintain professional, confidential communication with families and staff
- All non-client time is fully remote
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and LBA license
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Behavioral Health, or a related field
- Clean background check and drug screen
- Passion for high-quality, ethical ABA and family collaboration
